I usually have Stephanie and her team at the Green Bay Oneida location groom my dogs and they do a fabulous job. On this day, I went up with my dogs for a scheduled grooming appointment.

The groomer I had never seen before and she was rude, and grabbed my dogs leash and jerked on their collar when she took them in. I told her, I was going down the street to pick up some things and be back in about 30 mns. of less. She said fine.

I spelled everything out of what not to do on the sheets to my dogs during the grooming. I went to pay for the grooming prior to picking up my dogs in the back where grooming is done. It was the wrong charge and told the manager on site that as well as the cashier did too She knew me because i have been taking my dogs up there for grooming for almost 4 months. It was always about $65.00, and this was $112.00.

The manager was looking into it. When i came to the back, the groomer held onto my dogs in the middle of the isle with a separation panel between me and the dogs, the dogs were in a puddle of water, and were soaked, she never even toweled them off to remove the excess water. The groomer snapped at me and told me that from now on, she would be putting the dogs in a cage if I were late. I said I told you I would be back

in 30 mns or less.

She snapped at me again and said you were late. then walked my dogs into the back of the store and placed my dogs in a cage with me standing there waiting to take my dogs from her. it was intentially done and even worse, she put them in there with their collars and leashes on them still. Never supposed to do that, they should never for safety reasons have that on them in a cage.

Anyone with basic knowledge knows better than that. I told her to give me my dogs. In the meantime, the manager was speaking to the team lead on the phone and informed me that the charge was correct due to the type of shampoo used, but knew I had never been charged it in the past. He said he would only charge me what I have always been charged.

I was not pissed off at him, i was pissed off at the unprofessional groomer not only to me but especially the dogs. I told the groomer after her smart *** rude remark to me about how she would lock up my dogs in a cage and then did it, and I said bring me my dogs now. She did but again stated from now on she would lock them up, I told her fine, but I would never come back here and she laughed and said that was fine with her. When I got the dogs in the car I had to dry them off with a towel and blanket because they were soaked, and shivering, and my one dog who had a patch of mud on his white section on his one leg, still had it there, they both smelled like they were never given a bath, still dirty, and still scratching, which with that one shampoo should not be itching at all She was a total *** to me and worse to my dogs I called and filed a complaint about the incident wanting the groomer fired, and noted safety reasons for having water on the floor for humans to fall, and the dogs not properly dried and locked up in a cage with leashes and collars on still.

My one dog had the mud patch still on his hind when he went in there to be groomed still have it when i got him in the car to dry him off. she never washed them, just drowned them in water. my one dog got a cold from it and had to take her to the vet.

I asked also to be credited on my credit card for both dogs and it never happened and i have never heard from anyone except the good customer service person I had spoken to at pet supplies plus pissed off line. Please have someone get back with me

I recently went into Pet Supplies Plus (Durham Store) for my weekly restock and one of the supervisors (Annie) was a little rude and nasty. It seemed as if she didnt want to really be there or even truly wanted to help myself or other neighbors but this hasnt been the first incident. It should really be addressed because I refuse to spend $300+ where I dont feel welcomed.

I bought my dog to get groomed and all they did was put a little bit of water no shampoo no conditioner no nothing on my dog and charge me $54 and some change unacceptable so I said to the cashier I was not satisfied and she still ring it up. I would not never go back. And then they asked me if Im going to give them a tip really!

Bathing area, unkept and unsanitary. In attentive and unfriendly staff.

Male staff member does not even say hello. Bathing area to clean my dog was disgustingly unsanitary. Water, drenched floor, soaking wet, dirty towels, and fur everywhere. No instruction provided on how to use equipment water shuts off after 30 minutes.

Limited to three small towels for a long-haired dog with a double coat. Next time I suppose, I will bring my own towels, since it appears that this company is too cheap to provide enough towels. Cheap, Liquidy shampoo, as if it had been watered down For budget reasons. When water shut off, there is no staff around.

I had to shout and there was no response. I walked around the store Looking for a store clerk leaving my senior dog soaking wet with shampoo in his fur. I was worried that he would jump out and get hurt. I found a staff member On her phone Far away from where my dog was sitting in a bathtub, and out of my view.

She shouldve come back to tell me that she reset the water so that I did not have to leave my dog alone in a tub.

Another employee who was so rude he did not even look up and acknowledge me, or say hello, which is what you do most jobs. I was told that he had a problem with anxiety.

I feel bad for anybody who suffers from anxiety, but why is that my problem when Im paying for a service? I hope he gets help for his anxiety

Employee was wearing a clear Name tag with no identification.

She refused to provide her name when nicely asked Stating that she did not have to tell me her name.

Resolved: Rewards not given ... $40 money short

cant get thru to corporate, they are losing money and going under.

App is awful, they can't look up your points and no wifi in the store, missing rewards all over the place. Then were found months later that we had a 20 dollar off reached, but it expired cause they couldn't help find it.

SO MY MONEY DIDN"T EXPIRE? THIS is NOT a coupon that expired,... REWARDS are discounts for MONEY SPENT. and you went in for more things trying to push it to the 20 dollars and got ripped off of it.

Now it is rebuilding but see it is stuck and not giving me anymore but the casheir always says you are almost there. I CAUGHT IT NOW.

THE MONEY SPENT IS NOT ADDING IN ANYMORE to reiceve the NEXT 20. SO I WANT $40.

Horrible conditions for ferrets

Ive been been to two different stores. The condition of the ferrets are horrible!

I already spoke to a manager of one store who tried to assure me that he will make changes. These poor ferrets have no beds and nowhere to get away from the light. The hammocks were shredded. The water bottle in one cage was so low that it was touching the bottom of the floor.

The food bowl was so high in another cage that the ferrets could barely reach it. This is terrible! If you want to sell them, you should at least take care of them. One of the stores had a Guinea pig cage right on top of the ferret cage.

This stresses both animals. Ferrets kill Guinea pigs. The hamsters cages were horrible too.

They had no food or water. Pet Supplies Plus SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL PETS!

Horrible Experience In Austin, MN

Even before my rescue partnered with them, I didn't have much success with anything at this store. Employees were rude if they engaged with you at all.

After my rescue partnered with them for cat adoptions, it was truly awful. Their so called manager Destiny has no clue how to be a manager. She's a pro at starting drama though. Their sometimes manager from out of town, Deb, will lie straight to your face then deny it later no matter who witnessed it.

Their main manager, Matt is a rude arrogant jerk who doesn't know what respect means.

Steer clear of this store. It's more drama than it's worth.

Go The Axolotl at the store is not healthy, his slime coat is peeling which means the proper water parameters for an Axolotl are off. The tail looks to be infected and is extremely short, I spoke to the lady in the fish department about this and she got loud saying its active its eating its fine, I told her he is not healthy and the care he is getting is killing him.

She didnt really seem to care, Axolotl needs to be in methalyne blue 12 hours in and 12 hours out it need Indian almond leaves to relieve the pain and help repair his slime coat and daily water changes using Seachem Prime water conditioner, API contains aloe which is toxic to Axolotls. And that employing needs to be reprimanded for her inability to care properly for an animal she ordered

We haven’t received Pet Supply Coupons for months
